Really bad value for 205$....

Liked: Location, rooms.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the corridors coming to the room is absolutely disgusting. The rooms are ok. Calling whatever they prepared for breakfast a breakfast is just a big LOL. Coffee horrible, they let the coffee run through the same filters a couple of times so it just looked like a light brown water. For food they only had Oats and a brownie. 1/10

Liked: The availability.
Disliked: The breakfast was a packet of grits with tea and coffee. Not what was promised or advertised at booking or upon arrival. Was not told about the dishware. There was nothing in the room. Not even a glass to take meds. Dogs were allowed off leash. The amount of noise from the unit above is what the last straw is. The occupants were running back and forth for nearly 4 hours, jumping from one bed to the other ( it arrears) until 11 pm. Crazy disrespectful. We booked for 20 days. We left the next 1st morning. This is the second time in one month we were disappointed in extended stay. I was told the truck from breakfast items had not come. There was a large group were checked in. Surprised there was not a backup plan... go to the store then! Not my problem. But we got the results for unprepared and under promise.

Liked: Location was convenient for access to my Dr. appointment and getting on 95
Disliked: Traffic noise. Make sure you ask for a room away from 95. Nothing for breakfast except coffee. Kitchen not stocked with any dishes, utensils, etc.

Staff was very nice and...

Liked: It was a nice size room, for the most part it was clean I loved that there was no carpet on the floor. It was nice to have different ways of preparing food.
Disliked: The room could have been a little cleaner; There was hair on the dish towel and on a pillow.
