Exceptional

My stay was ok with...

Liked: The staff was great and the cleaning ladies were exceptional. They were friendly, polite and very nice by greeting you each day that you saw them. The room and bathroom was very clean.
Disliked: I didn't like that the elevator went down on friday evening and stayed down until monday morning at 930am. I am an older person as was a lot of people there and we had to walk the stairs to get in and out. The hotel has four floors and I of course was on the fourth. It was exhausting and somewhat painful at times. I tried to assist others and the maids also were very helpful. The thing is there was no compensation given for this at all. I asked if there was not an emergency person to call since it was an emergency, and was told that they couldn't reach anyone and when they did get a response, it would be repaired on monday. Second, third and fourth floors suffered and I felt we should have all been given something off of our hotel bills. But of course nothing was offered. Also what surprised me was that there was only one elevator in the entire hotel. The only other problem I had was that I needed quarters for the laundry and the front desk only had $3.50 worth. Now the problem with that is to wash is $3.00 and to dry is $3.00. I would think that if you have laundry facilities you would keep quarters at all times.

No room keys

Disliked: They didn't have the ability to issue room keys. If you left the room, you had to get someone from the front desk to let you back in your room...

Affordable and clean and easy...

Liked: Easy to get to on I-95 and on major connecting roads. Meat shopping and restaurants. The unit was very clean and up to date and everything worked. We left a day early and they had no problem giving us a refund but said it would take a few days ( we don’t have the refund yet) Employees were nice and polite and helpful
Disliked: Not near major activities and things to do. We had to ask for all the items for the kitchenette. Cleaning in the hallways was not done very good. Bed could have been more comfortable. I wasn’t told that after 7 days they have to come in and check everything whether you want them to clean or not. AND at that time we had to go get new keys to our room!!! We weren’t told about that either and at 11pm it was very inconvenient and unnerving and unnecessary. We stayed 9 days. The grab and go breakfast didn’t have much and the variety was nothing I liked and the coffee was not the best.

Good newer hotel that met...

Liked: This is a fairly new hotel with good amenities (full size frig, walk-in shower, microwave, moderately comfortable bed) and it appeared very neat and clean being new. Plenty of parking.
Disliked: Breakfast was minimal.
