Besides the air conditioner rattling when turned on, everything about my stay was wonderful. The staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Food service was great, and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good as well. Our room was beautiful, tidy, and best of all - the beds were super soft. We had one noise complaint but the staff promptly addressed the issue and it was quiet the rest of the night. The hotel is in a nice area. I loved it, would recommend and definitely stay again!

Disliked: Doors were kind of thin - could hear people when walking through the halls, but not a huge deal. The AC unit in my room rattled a bit.

Disliked: The elevator floors are pretty worrisome. I don't understand how the floors have dips in them.

Liked: Not much. Low price, but paid for it with our lack of most basic conveniences, such as sleep and comfort.
Disliked: Could not sleep all night because we nearky froze to death at 50 degree tomorrow room which they coukd not fix. They offered to change our room, which they did right across from the pool where noisy kids played in and out, banging the doors and laughing and running in the hall ways. My wife had dementia and they knew she was wheelchair-bound bound, yet the staff did not seem to understand how to relocate us accordingly. They offer no coffee in the lobby or in your room. They have a workout stove top with onr burner, but no pots or pans to use, so basically, you can not use it for anything unless you go buy a pot.
