Besides the air conditioner rattling when turned on, everything about my stay was wonderful. The staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Food service was great, and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good as well. Our room was beautiful, tidy, and best of all - the beds were super soft. We had one noise complaint but the staff promptly addressed the issue and it was quiet the rest of the night. The hotel is in a nice area. I loved it, would recommend and definitely stay again!

Liked: Friendly staff; beautiful, clean rooms; in a great area.
Disliked: Doors were kind of thin - could hear people when walking through the halls, but not a huge deal. The AC unit in my room rattled a bit.

Disliked: Cleanliness was not good. And it seem like housekeeping did not clean the room properly

Disliked: The smell on the 4th floor, the dog poop on the floor, black mold in the sinks and tubs/showers. The dust was a bit much had to use the pine sol I brought to clean both rooms plus hand mop our room floors. understaffed which I totally understand

Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. I thought there was going to be real food for breakfast. Not no muffins .
