Besides the air conditioner rattling when turned on, everything about my stay was wonderful. The staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Food service was great, and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good as well. Our room was beautiful, tidy, and best of all - the beds were super soft. We had one noise complaint but the staff promptly addressed the issue and it was quiet the rest of the night. The hotel is in a nice area. I loved it, would recommend and definitely stay again!

Disliked: We booked a room with 1 king bed, and when we get there and get to our room only to find out, we had been put in a room with 2 "queen" beds. The front desk claimed they had no king rooms available, contrary to the hotel being nearly empty when we arrived. They also did not seem at all interested in any of the issues or concerns we had about our room or the stay. The "queen" beds measured the same size as a full-size mattress. One mattress was as hard as the floor, and the other was like a deflating air mattress. The bathroom light/ fan fixture rattled when the light was on. The wall paint was peeling around the tub near the floor. We found used razors in the room and an obscene amount of dirt and food crumbs when one of the beds were moved too much. The entire floor was filled with screaming teenagers with seemingly no supervision, and the obvious smell of marijuana filled the hall. The only reason we didn't cancel was due to the sudden extreme weather that hit the area as we were getting to the hotel. And to top it off, we barely made it out of the parking lot due to the steep incline you've got to drive up to get out (it was snowing and freezing rain). Had to get a "running" start at the driveway to leave.
