Liked: The lady who checked us in (think her name was Yvonne) was very welcoming and helpful with information. We spent 2 lovely days in Napier!
Disliked: Just didn't know that there wasn't going to be someone in reception all day but there was a number we could call and we were immediately assisted. All worked out very well for us.

Great central city stopover.

Liked: Cleanliness was tops. Room decor far exceeded expectations considering price. Wanted something close to town and it couldn't have been closer. A well processed upgrade.
Disliked: Car parking is at a premium and probably unacceptable. Access is poor and could be improved very easily. Adequate for disabled people.

A reasonably priced and comfortable...

Liked: The room was very spacious and comfortable. I had a lovely view of the square and a nice little balcony to sit on. The bed was comfy and the room had all the amenities I needed like a hairdryer and and iron.
Disliked: The bathroom fittings were dated and the basin was stained.
