Liked: Excellent location for Napier. Beautiful hotel, staff exceptionally friendly. Room extremely clean and very comfortable.

Liked: Yvonne was super friendly and offered a warm welcome. The hotel location is perfect for walking around the town and there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Our room was light and airy.
Disliked: The bed was super soft and a little saggy. When they say limited parking, they mean very limited parking. It is a tight fit for anything larger than a standard sized car.

Liked: The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable. The price was also very reasonable.
Disliked: Parking in the surrounding streets was all paid from 8am - 6pm. The office was only staffed from about 10am- 6pm. However the following day the staff were still not there at 11.30am when I returned to get a copy of my invoice that was not sent as promised.
