Disappointed

Liked: Price, convenient location
Disliked: 1. Hotel lobby was in a separate building from the rooms so I had to walk outside the building to go to the lobby for the business center or for anything.2. Room was dank, dusty and musty (I have asthma so I'm extremely sensitive). 3. There were holes in the walls under the heating unit and under the desk for which I kept hearing noises as if something (aka. rodents) was coming in.4. Bed was extremely hard. (It was a last minute booking and had to settle because everyone else was far more than I normally pay but will probably never book there again).

Liked: The price was ok
Disliked: The cleanliness of the room and the smell was horrible. My sheets was not clean and the bed smelled like someone came on their mense and it seeped into the bed months ago. Not to mention the bathroom sink was clogged, tub had a thin layer of dirt on the bottom/floor of it and it was a bar of soap in the tub used from previous guest. To top it off the microwave was so worn when I tried to use it started smoking and smelling like burnt cord.

Clean & Convenient

Liked: This was a repeated stay. It is super convenient to family that live in the area. It is always clean and staff are very nice. If we do encounter an issue, they fix it immediately. They had a water issue that was due to be fixed on Saturday. It was well communicated what to expect. Nicely, done.
Disliked: This was the first time the continental breakfast was offered to us. It needs some work. The juice machine didn't work and the offerings were slim. Cereal, milk, bread, muffins, a variety of packaged snack foods (Twinkie, danish, etc.), pudding cups, kool-aid drink pouches, were offered. No fruit.

Unplanned Visit at an Inexpensive...

Liked: For the price it was worth the stay. Could use a little renovation/updating.
Disliked: There was a hole in the bathroom door and the tub/shower drain was slow (there were screws, etc. laying in/near the drain). We were barely out of the room and were bombarded with staff asking if we were leaving, etc (well before the checkout time). The hairdryer did not work and there was an iron but no ironing board. The TV reception was fuzzy.

Liked: I like the pool even though I had to skimm the pool myself while I was on vacation with my family.
Disliked: I don't think the front door being unlocked all day and night is safe, I didn't like that the building across the street was an apartment building,the tub was filthy,it didn't drain so your standing in a tub full of water,the breakfast was cereal and a couple pieces of bread, coffee with very small cups offered only until 9:30 in the morning the front desk clerk standing there watching you while you get your coffee almost like your stealing something,it was quite obvious the room wasn't cleaned before I checked in due to the tub , toilet being filthy also found an empty Capri sun in the window the temperature for a.c and heat are pre programmed so you can't adjust them people smoking all kinds of things in the building, didn't have access to the exercise room, vending machine and ice machine were broke as was the juice machine for your so called Continental breakfast the entire hotel had a bad smell, people from the apartment building across the way coming over to the hotel all day and night,pool hours were very inconvenient outdated and filthy furniture in the pool area.the only good thing's about my stay was the pool that again I had to clean and that you could bring your pets. I'm also positive the handyman was spraying for roaches because I went outside and sat down to smoke a cigarette on a concrete flowerbed and saw two roaches one of which crawled on me and the other that crawled out of the flower bed immediately after I knocked the other one off my leg. I really do think that it would be a nice motel if the owner's just took a little money and time to invest in there property as of now I don't recommend. Also seemed like there were a lot of people doing drugs around this place.Dont recommend at all!!!
