Liked: the room was spacious. The pool area is a good size, we had the pool to ourselves. We enjoyed the pool area
Disliked: all the utensils, plates, cups were dirty. They were put away in the cabinet but they were all dirty. There were no pots and pans to use on the stove. The hotel is under remodel, so the gym was not available and half of our floor was closed off with plastic. Upon checking in the associate did not inform me of the breakfast hours. When i went down for breakfast it was a couple minutes after the time it ended and the lady picking up said breakfast hour was over and i explained to her that i was not aware and she told me well its posted right here on the wall you shouldve read it when you walked by yesterday when you checked in. i explained to her that i didnt go into the breakfast area upon checking in so i did not see the sign posted. she told me all she could offer me was coffee because she was already putting everything away. A few moments after that encounter another couple went into the breakfast area and she offered them cereal, pastries, fruit, coffee and juice.

Something smells fishy

Liked: Location and it was very quiet
Disliked: The kitchen sink in room 409 had a leak I called the attendant downstairs she told me she couldn't do anything about it and she was the only one there around 4:00 in the morning I want to walk in the kitchen and it's wet on the floor so I went downstairs to get it attendant it was another guy he was kind enough to come upstairs and collect the soaking towels and to mop up the water off the floor I left the front desk know they did not offer any type of discount or prorate for my inconvenience when the sink started leaking I wasn't able to finish my dinner and my children had to step on a wet floor half the night and also the room had a wreaking smell of some kind of crab boil or something fishy that was cooked previously in the room and the smell would not go away even though I went and bought for Breeze

Best room during our holiday,...

Liked: It was a brand new room and therefore excellent. We liked the kitchenette, the coffee machine in particular.
Disliked: We booked the room for three persons, and that was slightly inconvenient. We had to prepare an extra bed and that made the room also a bit small. The room was therefore more suited for 2 people.

If the reservation would have...

Liked: Adequate breakfast. Coffee was weak.
Disliked: Fresh fruit.

A nice get-away stop.

Liked: It was like being at home....the suite allowed us to unwind after a tedious drive. The furniture was comfortable and the floorplan allowed easy, uncluttered movement throughout. The staff were pleasant and offered any assistance to make our stay enjoyable...they were successful.

Great Stay in Victorville

Liked: 2 bedrooms with doors that closed and the living room and kitchen area with cooking utensils was great also their complimentary breakfast was wonderful bacon eggs with English muffins each morning
Disliked: The pool they have an indoor swimming pool but it was small only held 10 people and the hot tub wasn't hot and there was some renovation going on throughout the hotel
