Liked: I like the location it’s close to the people I am visiting
Disliked: The hot tub was down it was warm but not hot and I use it for my shoulder and the backside rooms get a lot of noise in the morning from the company that is behind the hotel and also the manager doesn’t know that all rooms don’t have the same bath tubs so when I asked for the room with the deeper tub he said they were all the same

Liked: The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and I liked all that was available in the kitchenette. The shampoo/conditioner and bars of soap smelled great and worked really nice. My hair was so soft afterward.
Disliked: The pool was very chilly, which they had a sign apologizing for, at the front desk. Had it just been my husband and I without our baby, it wouldn't have been a problem. Pools are our favorite part about staying in a hotel, and it being too cold for our 1 year old was disappointing.

Disliked: Looked ever worn down carpet in the hallway we’re wrinkled, the room smelled like wet dog and the curtains in the room were torn. Pool was cold and so was the hot tub. Nothing was not mention about the pool not being serviced until we asked why.

Liked: The breakfast spread was amazing! Beds were comfy. Nice to have a fridge and microwave available.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean in our room. Breakfast was amazing.
Disliked: The pool was ice cold and the hot tub was barely lukewarm and in the description it said that they were available, but as I see it, if the right equipment is not there to make those facilities usable it should let know in the app or site.
