The customer service was over...

Liked: The customer service was over the top...my friend and I were actually shocked at how attentive the staff were!
Disliked: The only thing I can think of is that there was not decaf coffee in the room, but I suspect if you asked you could get them to bring it to your room.

Disliked: Issue with my reservation not being received between the hotel and booking.com. Decor was very dated. Doors all water damaged in suite.
