For price, I am very happy with the Executive Motel. Rooms were clean, smelled nice, and laundry was all fresh. Room had some physical damage. Cigarette burns in the table, damage on the bathroom door etc. It was clear they were making repairs, and overall I'm pleased. The immediate area is rough, but the other two hotels next door charged twice as much for the same sketchy neighborhood. The Executive was fine as a one night stop to see a big concert.

This was a pretty good hotel. It is just that - it is not overly fancy. So if you're looking for a high dollar hotel for cheap motel prices you're not going to find it. This place seemed fairly clean and served the purpose of a place to sleep for the night with a good price.

Liked: It was a good night till I got there then they said I didn’t pay when I payed on the website booking. Com….don’t really know the miscommunication but didn’t get the room when payed for and I haven’t received my refund so other than that it’s a great place for the 75 bucks you have to pay but you get what you pay for

Disliked: Bathroom was dirty, cigeratte butt's in the floor. Toilet still had shit it in it and not flushed. Floor looked not swept or clean. Microwave was dirty. The guy who was next to me played musc all throw the night. Tell about 4 in the morning. Non stop baglnging on the wall all through the right. Bathtub looked like somebody took a shower and left. This was me walking in the room. The bed smell funny like somebody smoked in the bed. I did reserve a non smoking room.

Liked: Nothing. This place was awful
Disliked: There was so much DV going on in the rooms to either side of us. And the next night was dogs howling all night.

Disliked: Despite professing to be smoke free, my room smelled like the inside of an ashtray. Numerous cigarette burns through out as well.Clientele seemed sketchy as well.

Disliked: The beds were horrible to sleep on. The sheets had stuff on them had to go ask management for new bedding. The people around in in other rooms u can hear them.
