For price, I am very happy with the Executive Motel. Rooms were clean, smelled nice, and laundry was all fresh. Room had some physical damage. Cigarette burns in the table, damage on the bathroom door etc. It was clear they were making repairs, and overall I'm pleased. The immediate area is rough, but the other two hotels next door charged twice as much for the same sketchy neighborhood. The Executive was fine as a one night stop to see a big concert.

This was a pretty good hotel. It is just that - it is not overly fancy. So if you're looking for a high dollar hotel for cheap motel prices you're not going to find it. This place seemed fairly clean and served the purpose of a place to sleep for the night with a good price.

Poor communication and extra charges

Disliked: The owner was rude and yelled at me when she saw I had pets and charged me $50 for my dogs even though that wasn't stated in the contract. The motel is advertised as per friendly. Plus a $50 cleaning deposit that wasn't disclosed in the contract.

Liked: I was able to get someone to answer the phones and she was very nice. She helped me get a room fixed from two bed to one and helped with price adjustment!
Disliked: The room had walls that were paper thin. Smelled like someone smoked something other than cigarettes in the room or other rooms. You could hear the other guests talking about doing drugs and having to use narcan to revive someone in the room next to us. The lady was cussing everyother word talking about how she has fentanyl and she wasn't giving and to the guy that she was there with any and then he broke in the bathroom when she was taking a bath and she was yelling at him! We called the front office, but nothing changed cause they were still yelling and cussing. We left to catch the oregon game and came back and again in the middle of the night guy next door doing drugs or something, it smelled horrible, TV up really loud talking to himself throughout the night. And at 5 in the morning, a guy came knocking really loud and asked the guy to come in and talk. Both of the incidents started before the sun came up. On top of the disturbing environment, the room was nasty. Dirty stained mattresses, stained mattress cover. The pillows were platter than a folded pair of pants. We couldn't take it anymore we had to leave an get another hotel after mot sleeping for 2 nights. Hope this place gets updated or shut down.

Horrible and will never stay...

Liked: Staff friendly. however, she didn't know how to get TV working nor have anyone available to get TV working so we could at least watch something to drown out all the noise distractions outside of room preventing us from sleeping either night.Manager said she would talk to owners and get back. I called 3 days later and nothing was done. She said she would call today and get back, we'll see... I would have let this all go had they recified situation before night two. At this point, future guests need to know this property or any near by that same owners own, should be avoided at all cost. I have stayed at many in the area for similar pricing and this property is no where reasonable for $100 plus dollars!
Disliked: TVs did NOT work either night, Extremely noisy and could hear man snoring all night in next room. The walls and windows paper thin and could hear people screaming , talking, cars, trains, trucks going by all night. Beds not confortable, no hand towels or wash cloths. Only 2-3 very small stained shower towels.
