Good

Very quiet and comfortable

Liked: Very convenient. Very quiet even though freeway is close. Bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. TV is good size and has lots of channels I can actually watch.

Convenient Location

Liked: Conveniently close to freeway. Front desk staff very nice, called us immediately about an item I left behind.
Disliked: Only one skimpy pillow per person. Although the description said breakfast included, we only found cold cereal and milk. Which we skipped.

Liked: Very convenient as half way on my trip. Got everything I want in the room
Disliked: Turn lights out out too early so it’s so dark in the morning when I’m trying to pack my car

Disliked: Lights go out too early. It’s pitch black outside and I can’t see to pack my car. No decaf coffee and nothing gluten free so can’t eat breakfast.

Lovely staff but a frustrating...

Liked: Friendly and enthusiastic staff. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. I appreciated a bath tub with a stopper so I could have a bath. All I wanted was a quiet clean warm space to get a good night's sleep on the last leg of a long road trip.
Disliked: Unfortunately, my stay was ruined by a group of raucous guests below, being extremely loud and disruptive, banging repeatedly, talking/shouting, coming and going late at night too. I eventually called the front desk who asked them to be quiet but it continued for another 1.5 hours. As a solo female traveller it was not a good environment. At least they left at 4am. I understand these unfortunate things can happen but I do feel the motel had little soundproofing. Traffic noise was constant. A fan running in their bathroom was loudly heard the whole time. I could not get on wifi on my laptop at all despite various troubleshooting efforts. The heat/AC was very erratic on temperature and too loud to use for long. The microwave was also faulty. It took 10 minutes for a 1-minute job. There are no coffee-making facilities in the rooms and breakfast was so basic as to be pointless. I liked the owner and staff and wanted this to be a more positive experience.

I stayed at

Disliked: They advertise free breakfast. When I went to the office for breakfast, the lights were out and the room was dark. Breakfast consisted of a Lucite container of generic fruit loops and corn flakes. There was a carton of milk in the refrigerator for the cereal which I don't eat. There was a thermos of cold coffee. Not room temperature, but cold which tells me it was sitting in the thermos for at least a day before. It was obvious the coffee maker had not been used that morning. It would have been better to not advertise free breakfast.
