Liked: Had fully equipped kitchen. Quiet and comfortable stay. Airport shuttle was really helpful.
Disliked: Heating wasn’t working properly. Had to use portable heater in bedroom. But living room was cold.

Liked: Easy check in, free parking close to the room and my dog was welcomed.

Disliked: Problems with the room (doors, heat).In your training of front desk staff, insist they drop “the hotel is fully booked” from their vocabulary, given that customers can instantly dispel that by going on Booking or any other App!!! Makes you look really bad!
