Great location and a good...

Liked: It was in a great location - close to a lot of attractions and the subway. The front desk staff were always very helpful and were happy to help with requests.The amenities were good, nice and clean. The staff who cleaned the room made a real effort to make our stay positive.
Disliked: This is more about NY than the hotel and they are really small issues during a lovely stay- it was expensive for what we got. I suspect that most hotels in NY are expensive for the size etc. The fold out bed was not comfortable for our daughter and gave her limited privacy (not what it shows in the pictures). It blocked the door when we were leaving and arriving.We went to the restaurant and couldn't fit at the bar for happy hour so had to pay full price. When you are paying a lot for a hotel happy hour should be there to make guests feel welcomed not ripped off.
