Comfortable hotel with easy access...

Liked: It was very easy to get to off the motorway and we didn't have to drive through the centre. We paid for parking which was easy to use. Just drive onto the ramp, press the bell and the gate for the hotel parking will open. There is a lift up to the hotel from the parking. Staff were friendly. The hotel was quiet and a 20 to 30 minute walk to the centre. There is a tram stop outside which is easy to use and economical. We would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: A kettle in our room would have been a plus. I found my bed too soft but I did sleep.

Liked: The location is what we wanted for an overnight stay and needed car parking, staff are helpful and a decent breakfast.

Great overnight stop en route...

Liked: This is the second year we've stayed at this hotel as an overnight stop en route from Santander to Barcelona. We've been more than happy with the hotel on both occasions. We'd booked the hotel's secure parking which is in a private car park, under the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. Also, the hotel is only a few yards from the nearest tram stop, so you can easily ride into the old town of Zaragoza for dinner and a sightseeing stroll, which was great!
