Liked: I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, and everything was spotless,from the lobby to the common areas.The reception staff was exceptionally friendly and always ready to help with any requests.The hotel's location is another big plus, it's close to the city centar,making it easy to explore restaurants, shops, and attractions. Despite bring near everything, the hotel remained quiet and relaxing.Overall, it's a clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel with excellent service. I would definitely stay here again !

Nice stay in madrid centre

Liked: Very big appartment, clean with comfortable beds. Conciergerie was very helpful and nice
Disliked: The kitchen burners was not supposed to be used (this was not in the description). It had not plates, kitchen utensils or saucepans. We could request few plates and some cutlery, and used the microwave. It is a shame
