Excellent hotel

Liked: Good value for the money. Location is good even though not in Baixia-Chiado where all the action is. You can get anywhere with the metro which is very close by. Also, lots of good restaurants in the hotel area.
Disliked: Bathroom shower was clean but not perfect.

One of the best places...

Liked: The breakfast was the best I've had in recent times. The location is clery close to metro and bus stops. The hotel rooms are spacious, staff helpful and it is located in a very quiet place.
Disliked: Everything was super. A kettle with some coffee/tea bags in the room would have been perfect

Superb

Liked: Decor, location, comfy bed, great breakfast. Friendly staff & enjoyed day tour booked thru hotel. Supermarket across the road.
Disliked: Parking was a bit difficult, paid for a days parking but also got an infringement notice as moved car after 9.30am. Would be helpful if reception let guests know parking rules.
