Very nice stay

Liked: Good breakfast, helpful staff, nice big bathroom, comfortable bed.
Disliked: The room was too cold. I've complained to the reception twice and asked them to check why the heating was not working. When turned on (on correct settings!) there was only cold air coming out of the vents. The reception said that they only have heating on as it is already fall and I should try and play around with the settings. Nothing worked.The room of my colleague on the other hand was very warm.

Great breakfast n pool -...

Liked: Fantastic breakfast and availability of parking and the outdoor pool. The room was good and it was a 15 walk from the centre of the old town.

Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Liked: Straight into the old and newer parts of Santiago. Very walkable.
