Modern and clean. Customer support...

Liked: The hotel is very modern, and clean. Great breakfast selection. Good walking distance into the old town.
Disliked: Upon arriving late into Santiago de Compostela unfortunately it was very difficult to secure one of the limited taxis available (I would advise pre booking). When calling the hotel to help us, by arranging a taxi to collect us from the airport so we could get to the accommodation, we were informed it was "impossible". They could only order a taxi to their hotel. Our other option was to wait for the 6am bus (in 6-7 hours time). This lack of support from the upfront was not an enjoyable way to start the holiday. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, and far from 'cloud like' as one guest described them as being.

Very nice stay

Good

Liked: Good breakfast, helpful staff, nice big bathroom, comfortable bed.
Disliked: The room was too cold. I've complained to the reception twice and asked them to check why the heating was not working. When turned on (on correct settings!) there was only cold air coming out of the vents. The reception said that they only have heating on as it is already fall and I should try and play around with the settings. Nothing worked.The room of my colleague on the other hand was very warm.
