Good location but poor quality...

Liked: Great location although there were road works taking place when I visited. Hotel rooms are reasonably sized.
Disliked: The air conditioning doesn’t work. It seems to be an very old central AC that’s very loud and doesn’t cool. But the worst part was that there was no electricity for hours. Hotel needs renovations urgently.
