Liked: I like the hotel itself. It is beautiful, well located and rooms are nice, clean and comfy. Staff is super friendly and they had my room ready way before the check in time, which is always nice and handy. It has a hotel inside which looks pretty cool but unfortunately I did not have the chance to check

Liked: It's so easy to get here from the airport using the skytrain. The staff were super friendly without being over the top. We arrived late after a long flight and they made it so easy to check in and get settled. I will definitely stay here again when in Vancouver.
