Perfect hotel for our trip

Liked: Excellent location just down the street from Galleria La Fayette and around the corner from Opéra Garnier. Short walk to the underground and the direct bus to the airport. Safe area, staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it.
Disliked: AC leaked water in the room on the last day. I assumed they fixed it.

Very good hotel for comfort...

Liked: Very convenient hotel for airport transfer bus. Good area for shopping and eating. There was a small supermarket 2 units away for buying water, fruit etc. Metro around the corner. The room was well equipped and quiet, apart from the lift noise occasionally.
Disliked: No proper window. Awkward step up to lift on ground floor … a trip hazard, especially with suitcase.

Liked: My wife's phone was stolen in Paris. There was no contact with her.She was very well received at the hotel. It was always possible to contact her by phone and by email.In particular, Akhmat from staff showed great hospitality and demonstrated the hotel's customer focus. The other employees of the hotel did the same.The location is excellent, the price and quality are much higher than hotels of the same class.We are grateful, we recommend staying here.
