Liked: Avoid this hotel by every means!!!The worst hotel experience you can find in Munich!Sharing this review, yet imagine how the hotel reaction would be, so take this warning advice seriously! And note this is not a 4-star hotel.Asked for a quiet room 2 days before arrival. I was placed in a room facing the main street. All hotel windows are not sound isolated (2025..is this real?!). Super noisy rooms! With a tram every 5 minutes… Asked to move that same evening, offered worst with additional floor stairs to climb (no elevator) with luggage. After not been able to sleep the entire night, I asked for a room change in the morning. Was offered a smaller inner room, but the customer manager decided (after not sleeping a night) that is an “upgrade”, insisting on me paying 20 Euros more. Told him I will not cover this for a lower grade room, that they could have also offered the room the previous night, and I could have slept – take responsibility!On check out, the customer manager Nikolas humiliated me again and again before the shocked eyes of stuff and guests at the reception area, “trying to teach a guest a lesson”, insisting on paying 20 Euro (that is how much this hotel reputation is worth), and made jokes upon me “and hopefully we can serve you again”, as the hotel stuff was stunned.This “manager” Nikolas is arrogant and treates hotel guests horribly. He is working just a couple of months at the hotel, and decided to charge guests for every basic hotel service – meaning you check in, and come out with extra charges (water put 10 euros, iron in the room 13 euros, heater extra charge… etc.)To add to all that, some of the comments he made while trying to “educate” a guest, would have ended up in a hate crime complaint if I would have stayed another night in Munich. Liked: Lovely facilities, quiet given its location near the train station.

Liked: - 40 mt from central station,- wonderful location.- Very helpful staff, literally trying to help anyway they can,- Sufficient and delightful breakfast,- Big and clean rooms,- Definitely value for it’s money
Disliked: - of your room is close to street, sometimes a bit noisy at night.

Liked: All the hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful.The hotel’s location is very central, and you can reach everywhere on foot.
Disliked: The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. The sound insulation in the rooms was not good.

Liked: We stay in this hotel every time we are in Munich. We choose it fot its great location and very good value for money.Breakfast was very good, staff is always professional, helpfull and very kind.
Disliked: We made our last 2 bookings this year through Booking.Com and to our surprice we got a very small room (compared to what we get when we book directly with the property). We have stayed in this Hotels many times and we didn't even know they had some rooms that small.
