Modern hotel with indoor pool...

Liked: Nice modern rooms, great location and good breakfast
Disliked: no proper bathroom door, but that was visible in the picture, so was no surprise

Disliked: Tried to wait for check-in in person, after waiting 10 min with a single customer in front of me I gave up.Tried the Self service check-in ..very bad, computer system not good, I ended my self check-in without a room number, and not knowing where to go.Queued again, behind another customer checking in in person.I paid an extra price to have room with city view : and literally the 2 customers in front of me in this wonderful experience were given un upgrade for free to room with city view. The disappointment just goes on - I finally arrive to the room and the safe box is locked : I needed to go back to reception to be told the code they put by default.Room card: wrinkled and not looking proper.

It was a lovely celebration...

Liked: The staff were exceptional, each one especially Sandra in the breakfast room . went above to make our stay very memorable.
Disliked: I can not think of anything extra they could have done.
