Liked: Gym and evening staff person.
Disliked: First of all outside is not identify as hotel, looks like a hyped Hostel with climbing gym and shops. All build in a warehouse or factory with no windows. The walls are paper thin and there was a collection of unbearable mechanic noises and rumble in room 247 and outside and inside noises all night long in room 240. As a regular traveler I've never seen anything like this. In fact we spent another night in SLC and I didn't return to this place.

Liked: It smelled like poop. Staff not friendly. No windows in room. Way too expensive!!! $200 was ridiculous .

Although it is a nice...

Liked: It was cheap and had 24 hour reception. It was nicely decorated and the use of the gym and bouldering wall was appreciated by our son. We had a room with balcony and enjoyed having our coffee there in the early morning. The parking option that was offered was free street parking close to the hotel. Despite our concerns due to the neighborhood feel, nothing bad happened.
Disliked: The area around the hotel was a bit spooky especially if you wanted to walk in the evening. There were really no late dinning options around. Close to the hotel there was a nightclub with loud music well into late hours of the night. (We stayed there Saturday night). Our room right next to the hotel bar and we could hear the refrigerator fans all the time.
