Liked: There is several disappointing aspects of our stay:•Pillows: Extremely uncomfortable.•Noise: The train was audible throughout the night, making it hard to sleep.•Breakfast: Very poor quality. Limited choices, spoiled juice, and only a few yogurts that were gone almost immediately. We had to wait about 10 minutes for freshly cooked eggs, and they ran out quickly.•TV Remote and Phone: The TV remote wasn’t working, and when we tried calling the front desk, we discovered the room phone wasn’t even connected! We had to call the front desk from our personal phone. Their response? “We don’t have anyone available to help right now.”I paid $179 for this experience, which is far below acceptable standards for that rate. This place offers terrible food, service, and overall quality.

Disliked: Accommodations a little disappointing for the cost. Shower was lukewarm, thermostat didn’t work and there was an intense scent in the room and hallways that didn’t let up at all.

Disliked: To begin, we arrived after the designated check-in time, and upon entering the room, an unpleasant odor of smoke was detected. The cleanliness of the room was not up to the expected standards, but due to the lateness of the hour and our state of fatigue, we decided against requesting a room change. The noise insulation between the neighboring apartment and the room above was inadequate, resulting in significant noise disturbances. Considering the financial investment made for this accommodation, the overall experience fell short of reasonable expectations.
