Liked: Beautiful hotel. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: Breakfast was disappointing. Eggs very dry and looked and tasted like they had been there a while. Pot bread and soda bread practically not cooked and good.

Liked: I found the everglades hotel a very pleasant place to visit and stay. It was good value for money and I will recommend it to everyone and I will definitely be back again if I am in the area. Thank you very much

Liked: The room service - though cold and overpriced - did taste good.
Disliked: You know those places that are somehow four stars, probably due to their restaurant, so the staff are rude, yet when you get in your room, it looks like it hasn't received attention since the 80s, with scuffs all over the walls, paint peeling, and mould on the bathroom ceiling? Yuh, exhausted and travelling for weeks, it was this room that had me in tears.

Liked: Late check in, porter asked me to write my credit card details on the back of his notebook...completely suspicious and against pci guidelines. This practice should stop immediately. Room faced main road....poor window quality...noisy and busy from traffic.I booked through booking.com On leaving the hotel wanted to charge me €146 even though I showed my confirmation email saying €140....staff very defensive and not helpful, in the end I paid in sterling and took the exchange rate my bank offered.... was an awkward and difficult experience
