Amazing hotel would definitely stay...

Liked: Fantastic hotel and great location. All the staff very friendly and attentive. Room was amazing, bed very comfortable. Food was great, extensive choice at breakfast. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Disliked: The only thing we could say we didn't like was getting out the bed in the morning as it was so comfortable.

Comfortable but menus poor

Liked: Breakfast poor as was main menu. Simply disappointingWill be looking for other hotels next year. Derry is a wonderful city and we spend a weekend or so about Christmas there, but may consider other locations next Dec

Ased for a quiet room...

Liked: I didn't have breakfast and the location isn't to far out of the way so all and all it suited us fine
Disliked: Nothing everything was fine

Above expectations.

Liked: We were given an upgrade on the room we booked, which we didn't expect. All staff we encountered were attentive and very professional. Nice to have some entertainment in lounge area.
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike.
