Even Tinley Park Hotel and Convention Center, Tinley Park

This hotel needs improvement. Check the showers for mold; really white caulk on an almond shower. Check the room before unpacking. I would not recommend this hotel.

Liked: The fifth floor; just the fifth floor, not the room.
Disliked: Mold in the shower; asked for a drink (mojito) from the menu, but it came with no mint! The next drink was even worse. They need someone that knows how to prepare drinks if they are behind the bar.

Good service, no conditioner in shower though.

Easy to like this hotel. Comfy and convenient; friendly staff who genuinely seem to like their jobs. Clean. Worth the money.

Abby the room hijacker

Liked: I Always stay at the even when I'm in Tinley, well used to be very accommodating, until Abby was at the front desk, now I won't return until you go back to HOSTING GUESTS and accommodations are presented, Abby is not nice, welcoming or even truthful
Disliked: Abby kept me out of the hotel until after2 pm, I've NEVER been turned down at an early check in, ESPECIALLY when I offer money, or if I can't access it, the least you all would do is cancel my booking for free, NOT ABBY n that's why I won't book w y'all again it's too many options in that area, she held my money n room hostage, NEVER AGAIN

Liked: I usually stay every trip to Illinois, after my encounter w Abby at the front desk I'll be finding other accommodations when I travel to Tinley in the future
Disliked: Abby was rude and lied about availability

This visit to Even had...

Liked: We stay there several times a year & this was one of best visits yet. Staff, location, complimentary fresh brewed Starbucks nice & early, weight room & gym equipment and workout. Restaurant for breakfast was great & front desk gave me a complimentary $15 gift certificate to use in the restaurant which was much appreciated.
Disliked: Parking lot. Elevator. Refresh bathrooms.

Liked: Breakfast was the best part and the bed comfort. The room was decently designed.
Disliked: The hotel stated no smoking but Marijuana smoked came through the vents and was in the hall way, smelled into our room and cause my 2 month old grandbaby to get sick!! Heavy Loyd smells!! From 11p to 2a..adults ruining through the hallways talking loudly, and screaming while playing in the halls. Terrible experience.
