Liked: The room had a yoga mat, workout ball and various other fitness items. In my case this was absolutely perfect as I could do my PT. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Wasn’t there long enough to check out all the amenities but will definitely stay there if I go back to the Woodlands.

Disliked: Not clean. I switched rooms twice and the third room was just as disgusting. It was a late check in and we arrived after midnight. After a long flight, I just wanted to shower and sleep. The conditions of the room made me distrust the level of cleanliness and question if housekeeping is changing the bedding. I’ve never experienced this at any EVEN hotel I’ve stayed at. Don’t make the same mistake that I did. Be sure to inspect the top cover thoroughly! I didn’t unfold the top cover to look underneath the fold as I was concerned about the sheets and pillows. To be honest, I shouldn’t have to. I expect clean bedding. I expect a clean toilet, shower etc. The bottles of soap look tampered with and were not secure in the base. The shower had an empty shampoo bottle inside. The towels in the bathroom were off white and I couldn’t tell if it wasn’t cleaned or if it was just a different color, but I’m used to crisp, white towels that are uniform in appearance. This is a huge contrast to my stay last month at another EVEN hotel, which was immaculate!
