My stay was very comfortable. Room was spotless and the bed was super comfy.

Liked: Price and comfort and location were very nice.
Disliked: Paying for parking.

Liked: There were problems from the beginning. We phoned ahead to ask for early checkin which was granted, but then not permitted when we arrived. Our bed had a torn sheet on it. There was a wad of paper on the floor against the wall. Since the res was made through Booking.com we could get no recompense from the hotel while we were there. All in all, a miserable experience.
Disliked: See above. The hotel also felt cold--its interior design. The staff was not helpful from the man attempting to check us in on arrival, to the man who actually checked us in hours later, to the woman I talked with on the phone when we discovered the torn sheet (which I have a picture of). Finally the woman checking us out was apologetic when we told her of all the problems, but she could do nothing but offer us a free breakfast which we didn't want.

Disliked: My purchase reservation was for two King beds but when we got there they only had a room with one bed available. Big room but we needed two beds. No hideaway beds available and we asked for extra blankets. And had to go down and get them after 3 hours and ask for them again because they never brought them. Our room key wouldn't work in the pool door. The ice and water machine on the second floor was broken. It handle bar in the elevator fell off when my son touched it exiting the elevator.

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff-Kat was super nice and helpful/accommodating. I like the proximity to the conference location and the hotel shuttle made it convenient for me.

Good

Liked: The hotel was clean and modern. Breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: I was disappointed that half the gym equipment wasn't operational and over half of the workout channels didn't work.
