The food is great; the room was nice but the kitchen area needs more staff.

Liked: The closeness to the Cuthbert Amphitheater.
Disliked: Only one cook at breakfast - we had to wait more than an hour after ordering to get served.

I won't be staying at this hotel again.

Disliked: Hot tub, pool, bar and restaurant close too early. Rooms are rather small (wasted space for workout equipment, when the hotel contains a gym). Smart TV has no internet access or way to connect your own device to TV. No table or chairs for placing food. Fridge not stocked with water or any beverages. Should have been for the rate of the room.

Liked: When I got to the property the booking was in error. I changed the dates on the booking app and it indicated the change was successful, but the hotel did not get the same information my app had. After trying to contact Booking for 2 hrs from the hotel, I had to pay for a room directly to the hotel.
Disliked: Property was great. It was the Booking app and lack of customer service by Booking that was the problem.
