The food is great; the room was nice but the kitchen area needs more staff.

Liked: The closeness to the Cuthbert Amphitheater.
Disliked: Only one cook at breakfast - we had to wait more than an hour after ordering to get served.

I won't be staying at this hotel again.

Liked: It was new.
Disliked: Hot tub, pool, bar and restaurant close too early. Rooms are rather small (wasted space for workout equipment, when the hotel contains a gym). Smart TV has no internet access or way to connect your own device to TV. No table or chairs for placing food. Fridge not stocked with water or any beverages. Should have been for the rate of the room.

Liked: Extremely poor communication. No one responds to phone calls or messages.
Disliked: Poor communication, lack of customer service

Mistake in their booking system...

Liked: It was nice and had good amenities.
Disliked: We booked a two bed room for two adults and two kids. They said the numbers did not “come through on their end” so they decided to assume we just needed one bed. When checking in and telling showing them the booking.com reservation, they said “yeah things are going through properly” and they had no way of knowing. The thing is I tried checking in early… in person and they looked up the room type and said they didn’t have any available yet… they could have literally asked me to my face then. When dealing with the mistake they said we could cancel or they could roll in a twin size mattress… so still not enough beds for all of us… but we needed to stay and couldn’t cancel because their were very few bookings left in the area for the night. They did lower the price, but it was a very uncomfortable nights sleep. They should have compensated us for the whole night…I will not return due to the way the error was handled.

Liked: Bar tenders, cocktails, and food. Need more Mac & Cheese!
Disliked: The noise coming from vent in the bathroom. It made it hard to sleep.Had exercise equipment in room but basic instructions how to use.

Liked: Great location, pool and activity room for the kids. Gorgeous plant wall.
Disliked: The beds need to be replaced.
