Loved it and will be a recurring stay, at this and other IHG hotels!

Liked: Everything! We were especially impressed by how well the dining service was managed and the food was excellent.
Disliked: Nothing.

I’ve never heard of EVEN hotels so I was a bit hesitant but we were thrilled the moment we arrived. The staff was friendly and the lobby was beautiful. Our room was perfect and had all amenities, plus. The beds were fabulous. We will definitely recommend highly and be back soon!

Disliked: Paying for parking was kind of a drag but I knew I'd have to before arriving.

Liked: The staff was very friendly. Room was nice and clean. Nice big bathroom and clean. Work startin in room was nice and the bed was extremely comfortable.
Disliked: The only thing that was slightly inconvenient was the shampoo and soap dispensers in shower…. They are hard to get the soap on your washcloth.

Nice but no included breakfast...

Liked: Good location and big room. Lounge area nice.
Disliked: Fee to park and other hotel fees but not sure why. Lots of kids sports teams staying and they were loud up and down the hallway on floor 5, also didn’t realize dogs could be in the hotel not a fan of that. Also I had my thermostat set to 73 as it was freezing out but the room dropped to 64 overnight so really had to put the temp up to high 70s to make it comfortable with the cold.

Disliked: It’s not worth the price. I have been hyatt, hilton and many other places. This place is way too expensive for me what we’re paying.
