Liked: The staff was nice and the suite was beautiful. It was right by the Mayo Clinic and it was easy to locate the parking lot. We had the breakfast and the dinner which were both pretty decent. I love the avocado toast. The housekeeping staff was really nice! We would be back again for our next appointment.
Disliked: The hot tub seemed a bit dirty

Disliked: Stayed one night they are trying to charge me for three when it was clearly booked for one night

Disappointed

Liked: I didn't know if there was a free breakfast. I liked that the hotel was new and clean, fireplace by the hottub. Towels by pool. two bathrooms in the room.
Disliked: The pool was freezing and hot tub was luke warm the first day, only worked our second day. 10 is super early for them to close. Had a king suite and there was not enough space to pull the pull out bed out unless you turned it the wrong way which you needed to move the couch to do. Staff had to help do that as we could not figure it out and it looked awful once done. My teen son clearly did not have the nice spot I wanted him to have of his own, he slept on the bed more like a couch to see the tv. I told the manager in the morning about the pool and hot tub issue and was offered nothing off for the inconvience. I did not know ahead I would have to pay for parking. The stay was way over priced for what I got. The ice machine by ice I couldn't get to work despite the sign saying it worked so had to keep walking to the far one. We will not stay again.

Comfortable, clean and well-appointed place...

Liked: The room was incredibly clean, with a comfortable queen size bed, nice shower with a rain head as well as a handheld shower. It was really easy to cast to the TV, the parking was smooth and we never had to wait more than a couple minutes for the elevator. The food at the restaurant was especially good, with the included breakfast option being a menu of at least a dozen different options (so nice to be served with real plates and silverware versus going to a buffet with paper and plastic dishware)
Disliked: Nothing really!
