I checked in only to find plenty of mold in shower! Asked the Desk to have someone take a look 2 pics). Came back in the afternoon and the MOLD was still there. Took 2 more pics! I left the hotel and came back later early that night only to still find MOLD in the shower! So, I asked for a room change. The front desk said yes of course. The next room had more mold in the shower! Another room change, and the AC wasn’t working properly so my friend and I reset the AC and that was that. Sad! Front desk people were willing to change my room and sympathetic to my situation but that never did solve the mold problem! Good luck! And safe travels.

Disliked: We were right by an entry door that opened and closed all night. I complained about that. And the fact a crying baby was above us. We’re didn’t sleep the first two nights

It was pleasant, not perfect.

Liked: Very clean, pretty quiet, contemporary furniture
Disliked: Walking around did not feel safe because unfortunately downtown Pittsburgh is economically depressed and there are many homeless people living on the streets a few blocks from the hotel. We stop by and called the front desk asking for fresh towels and after almost an hour we were able to get those from a maintenance employee that we encountered in the hallway.

Disliked: When we arrived, we were given a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Then we were given another room which overlooks the inner courtyard and the lights were on the entire night.
