I checked in only to find plenty of mold in shower! Asked the Desk to have someone take a look 2 pics). Came back in the afternoon and the MOLD was still there. Took 2 more pics! I left the hotel and came back later early that night only to still find MOLD in the shower! So, I asked for a room change. The front desk said yes of course. The next room had more mold in the shower! Another room change, and the AC wasn’t working properly so my friend and I reset the AC and that was that. Sad! Front desk people were willing to change my room and sympathetic to my situation but that never did solve the mold problem! Good luck! And safe travels.

Liked: Friendly staff and big rooms. I need an extension cord, and one was immediately brought to my room.
Disliked: Parking deck to hotel lobby is horrible. No working stairways. And little bugs everywhere!

My stay at EVEN hotel...

Liked: Location was close enough to parking garage and easily accessible to highway. The Look, feel, and scent was wonderful! I loved the hydration stations and the work out equipment/ball in the room. The security feature was an added bonus. The hotel and room were clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower setup up was super relaxing. I highly recommend!

They withheld a $150 deposit...

Disliked: When I arrived, they withheld 150$ from my card, as a deposit. When I checked out, you told me that everything was OK.However, when I was back home, I noticed that I paid for three nights, as well as the deposit of 150$, which was not returned to me.
