Clean; friendly staff; beds and pillows are so comfortable. Have stayed here before and always love it.

Disliked: I got charged twice for the deposit and it still hasn't gone back on my card. There was black mold around by the bottom edge of the shower. Our key didn't work the second day.

Liked: The hotel gym and rooms were nice.
Disliked: Unfortunately during our stay, the bar and kitchen did not open. Staff did not show up. So we were unable to eat dinner at the hotel. We had to order food in and we are not from the area. The pool water was freezing. The pool deck was covered in water no drainage happening. No towels on the pool shelf. The breakfast menu was cut down due to staff issue. Tried ordering orange juice on the limit menu and even got told that wasn’t available delivery truck didn’t show up.

I won’t stay there again

Disliked: Rooms way too large; 1/3 of the space a person tow could still workout; hallways and elevator were trashed

Liked: Everything you needed in one place, loved the exercise items in the room
Disliked: The shower glass doesn't block enough so there's a lot of water that spilled out even when being cautious. Had to use the yoga mat as a mat so I wouldn't wipe out like my friend did. There's a wooden plank that we could have used under the sink, but we didn't see it until after the fact.
