Liked: Our stay was horrible... The room was never cleaned the bed was never made - had to get my own towels. There was NO supervisor on call at all for my entire stay to complain.. They have notes in the room that say put this on your door handle to NOt have your room cleaned - we did not... When I asked I was told we had to request that our room be cleaned. they were no help and the staff has no authority to fix anything.
Disliked: everything.

Liked: Very modern, clean, pretty, nice breakfast, they accommodated my request for early check-in
Disliked: There was no hot water coming from the sink faucet, the bathroom sink was clogged, no tissues or hand soap when we arrived.
