Liked: We had a nice stay. Friendly and supporting staff. The hotel is super central and has everything that is necessary. Its a bit expensive, but everything in NYC is...we received vouchers for 24h free cycling, free welcome drink etc.

Liked: The staff was highly welcoming and helpful. Very clean
Disliked: We booked a room for 4 and paid for the breakfast included but when we arrived we been told that it was only for 2 people and we had to pay 20 usd by child. We paid 40 usd, but the next morning, we realized that the breakfast was not a buffet but a menu, and it was full. So we decided to eat in another place. We got back the 40 usd that we paid for the kids, but we lost the 40 usd we paid in the reservation. It should be more clear that when we paid for the breakfast, it was only for 2 people and not the 4 of us.

I was not satisfied

Liked: I payed over $200 dollars for a 1 night stay, and was told because I booked on booking.com I had to pay a reasonable $50 once I arrived. It’s almost 2 weeks later and I don’t see a return of $50! Another thing I was truly upset about was the tv! My husband and I couldn’t even watch anything because the channels was jumping, they were VERY SLOW, and you could hear people in the tv talking over the show!! Which was VERY WEIRD!!!Also there were guests sitting outside my room late at night which was uncomfortable!! TRUTHFULLY I WOULD ACTUALLY JUST LIKE A FULL REFUND BC I WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

Liked: The staff is amazing. The room was clean. I really enjoyed all the friendly faces.
Disliked: The location isn't Times Square proper. The views aren't great and you're basically in a side street by the police station.
