A superb and NYC affordable...

Liked: We are 80 and 82, respectively, and have stayed in many hotels throughout this country and in foreign places. Some have been more opulent or located in picturesque country locations, but for our tastes EVEN Midtown NYC ranks among the very best. Our room incorporated cleverly designed features that in every case seemed just right. We'll go back now every time we are in New York City.

Liked: Welcome drinks was a good addition, great location, rooms were clean.
Disliked: Lighting in the room was not great, also, breakfast was largely not available. I paid to include breakfast but due to kitchen staff shortages it wasn't open for 7 of the 10 days I was there. I was directed to go to a diner across the street, but I wasn't able to use this as a replacement due to timing for work. The staff at reception said I would be refunded for the breakfast portion but this didn't happen despite my following up 5 times.
