Miserable, cold, uncomfortable.

Liked: After they took my money and checked me in I was told that there was no hot water and I was in able to shower. On top of that there was a draft of cold air coming into my room from underneath the heater. It was 4 degrees that night so I did not sleep well.
Disliked: I didn’t like anything about the experience.

Disliked: Nothing was turned away was told didn't have a reservation and they had no handicap rooms available this ruined a small family reunion

Air conditioner leaks from gaps

Liked: The room is clean and quiet.
Disliked: There is a gap under the air conditioner. It was -11 degrees Celsius and there was a strong wind last night. The air kept leaking in. I could only use a bath towel to block the gap.

Don't bother

Liked: Comfortable beds and pillows. Server in the dining room was delightful.
Disliked: I don't know where to begin. I was there for two nights. No housekeeping on second day and no notification that was their policy. As instructed I left my dirty towels on floor after day one, and when I returned to my room in the evening, they were still there on the shower floor! Hot water was broken in bathroom sink and I had a lukewarm shower. When I asked front desk about this upon checkout, they said they were aware that there was a plumbing problem and no hot water. I'm glad the front desk was aware but why on Earth don't you tell your guests this?!!! There's no way I would have stayed in this hotel I known. Communication utterly lacking, front desk didn't seem remotely apologetic. Avoid.
