Disliked: The elevators barely work. There is no ventilation in the bathrooms. Stuff coming off the wall. And the refund they are supossed to put back on to your account after your stay. Takes a month to be put back on the card.

Nice For A Short Stay

Liked: The location of the hotel being right off South Willow St. is convenient as it is surrounded by shopping and dinning. It’s also only a short drive or shuttle ride to the airport. The property was clean and modern. The staff was wonderful and very prompt when service was requested for our in-room tv. The breakfast was delicious as well!
Disliked: The only downfall I would have to mention is the noise of the traffic as it is located off one of the busiest streets in Manchester. Perhaps on the opposite side of the hotel it may be quieter but our room faced S. Willow so it was a bit loud at times.
