Liked: The friendly staff and room windows that actually open.
Disliked: The room was a little small, with limited space to put things. Two elevators is insufficient for a building this size, and there were often long waits for an elevator.

Disliked: A lot! First off, our booking was cancelled good thing there’s still availability and was able to book a new one. It was not a good experience as we are 4 hours away from home. When we got into the room, it was small but it’s fine, it was what we paid for. I was gonna grab ice however the Ice bucket was dirty! There’s trash from the previous guest! I took pictures of it! I called front desk, male fd answered said they will send one up. We waited, no one came, we had to leave so when we came back from our appointment, we asked the fd if they sent one up or we can bring it with us. He said, yes they already sent one up. Guess what, nothing came. So I gave up. Body wash containers were almost empty. Toilet taking time to flush. Missing coffee cups.

Wonderful staycation option

Liked: Location is a bit rough for people who drive but thats my own fault for not adding parking to my reservation. Hotel staff were great and room was cleaned well

Disliked: Bathroom door didn’t close- sink didn’t drain well

Nice room clean and great...

Liked: Nice room, beautiful view. Nice staff. Cozy beds and yoga mattes I the room. Very spacious room, too. The soap and lotion smell amazing.
