Liked: The friendly staff and room windows that actually open.
Disliked: The room was a little small, with limited space to put things. Two elevators is insufficient for a building this size, and there were often long waits for an elevator.

Liked: Downtown and easy to find. Spacious, clean room and a super comfortable bed. Also loved the exercise equipment in the room.
Disliked: One of the elevators wasn’t working and we waited 15 minutes to get downstairs to check out. We were on the 8th floor with 2 toddlers so the stairs weren’t really an option.

Liked: Great location in downtown Brooklyn close to shopping mall and 2km from Brooklyn Bridge. Staffs are very friendly and always ready to help with a smile.
Disliked: The room is quite small with a small window facing with a view of nothing.
