very unsatisfied

Liked: They gave me smoking rooms and we do not smoke and we booked non-smoking rooms and the hotel worker stated when we book cheap thru a third party we get the left overs
Disliked: smoking roomshotel clerk upon check-in

We were visiting the city...

Liked: With the experience with the front desk clerk from the very beginning, it was sort of difficult to enjoy the stay.
Disliked: The professionalism of the front desk clerk.
