Enjoyable stay overall and we...

Liked: The friendly staff who were very helpful. We liked the reception area and the bar and restaurant.
Disliked: No hairdryer in the room. One socket wasn’t working so it meant we only had one socket to use in the whole room. The room was very small. There was no mirror in the room - only in the bathroom area.

Disliked: Was in a LG floor room, odd smell I noticed when I entered the room. However only there for one night and didn’t bother me

Disliked: Door key card didn't work, after 3 times of going back to reception, staff come up open door. When returning from evening out they reissued a new one.Small double bed which was up against the wall on 2 sides, making it difficult to get out.

Liked: We found this hotel comfortable and clean with easy access to Euston Square underground and Euston Street Station. While the furnishings were minimal it was suitable for our 5 night stay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was more than adequate. We were not disturbed at all by the closenness of the railway network

Liked: Location was excellent, bijou and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: How noisy traffic outside was. Not much sound proofing!
