A good hotel to get...

Liked: 7min walking to a metro station, attended our expectatives. The rooms in london are so expensive, this one was ok. We only went to the hotel to sleep, we spent the whole day walking and knowing the city, so went just to sleep. It was ok!
Disliked: The neighbourhood didnt have nothing to do. There was only the metro station and that’s it.

Disliked: The rooms were extremely dirty; I found long black hairs on the towels and bed linen. On the fifth floor, the ventilation system from the roof was so loud that the walls were vibrating, making it impossible to sleep. When I requested to change rooms because of this noise, I was moved to a room on the floor below, where the bathroom smelled of urine! This is not to mention the terrible state of the plumbing in the shower.

Great family hotel.

Liked: Great value for money.Staff were so friendly and helpful. We were travelling with our elderly Mum. The staff did everything to make our stay comfortable.We could eat up food as we arrived late and hungry.It was great to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Staff accommodated a late check out which meant a lot.

Liked: We enjoyed our stay at Eurotraveller hotel premier, rooms are very clean and comfortable, hotel staff were very friendly and helpful,there is a bus stop outside hotel and south harrow tube is also very near.
