Liked: Amazing place to spent time with your family and friends.

Highly recommended!

Liked: The staff was so welcoming and nice. They even upgraded us to a better room without any extra cost. The room was really clean.
Disliked: If I have to find anything “bad” about this wonderful hotel I need to say that it can sometimes be a bit loud. You will hear the music from the bars and clubs around but it’s fine. I didn’t have any problem with it.

Perfect location, reasonably priced, great...

Liked: Great location, art deco and updated. Restaurant was classy and there was water each day at the door. Front desk staff was very accommodating, problem solving, and friendly. Espresso machines and pods in the room. Toiletry items were good quality.
Disliked: A pool or hot tub would be kind of nice, but Miami Beach was literally in front of the hotel, and they provided chairs, cold water, and towels.

Disliked: No windows were opening . It was impossible to get a fresh air. We were 3 people in a room and we were unhappy not to get a fresh air

Liked: The morning after i asked to change room and they gave me a big room and they did also the relocation of luggage. The most valuable item is the kindness of the staff. Position great in ocean drive.
Disliked: The first night was a nightmare: the room was back to back with the lift and nearby an engine of something, may be air conditioning. So it was so noisy that i never slept. besides of that was very small and bath as well.
