Terrible Experience at a 1...

Liked: Since Booking.com cancelled our hotel on the night of arrival from Rome into NY, we had no choice but to accept this crappy hotel, since they messaged us after 9pm when we arrived at JFK. Our booked, confirmed and Fully Paid for hotel was somehow overbooked. How can this be???? It was paid and confirmed.This hotel, Eurostars, was terrible, as the room was like a 1 Star cheap motel with floor boards sharp as razors and peeling away. Furniture was damaged and broken, shelves in bathroom broken and leaning downwards so unusable.In short I do not recommend this hotel or even Booking.com since they have still not got back to me after 3 days explaining why they took my money and left me in a “crack” den hotel!!!

Exceptional stay at euro stars.

Liked: The room gave me a classic feel that was very clean. I loved the staff's vibes each morning and they were very helpful. I felt like I got a very good stay and overall value for my money. This is an honest opinion from myself and wasn't influenced in any type of way. Thanks

Liked: The hotel was having exterior renovation work being done but we were out during the day and it was never an issue, the room we had was very spacious but could have done with some TLC, but we lived our stay here, the location was superb 10 min walk to brooklyn bridge and world trade centre subway was 5 min walk away, loads of bars, the best of everything was the staff were amazing, a credit to the hotel, facundo was just superb and the room was cleaned everyday, I would give the the staff 10 out of 10, with facundo an 11, amazing stay and would definitely stay here again, superb

Liked: Location was really excellent . Staff were really nice always ready to help. Recommended for short stays
Disliked: Internet was working poorly and it was a big problem for me. Breakfast was poor and the same all the day. Hotel was undergoing outside renovation and I was not informed about that in advance, there was no noise, but scaffolding was really making me depressed.
