Disliked: The breakfast was poor, basic and expensive. No chef cooking omelettes for example. You had to book and pay to use the pool and it was booked out for the rest of my stay when I arrived to use it. This should have been explained at check in.

Disliked: A local late DJ Electropop concert on Friday kept us awake until 1.30am.

A wonderful experience to enjoy...

Liked: I've stayed here before and I really love it. The room and the view are spectacular and you have easy access to the viewing level and lounge. It's such a great experience to see Seville from way up in the sky. Plus everything is new and modern and very clean, and the staff are all very pleasant and helpful. The location is great - I find everything in Seville is walking distance. And having the mall so close is also very helpful - there are several great restaurants and shops nearby.
Disliked: There were a few minor issues at the start, but the staff worked quickly to ensure everything was resolved soon. They are a wonderful team and very efficient.

Very pooor management

Liked: Proximity to Cirque du Soleil
Disliked: Room service food, no room cleaning, elevator not working properly, broken phone and hairdryer, instant coffee and weird selection of tea, double bed which was constantly disbanding

It was ok but not...

Liked: Room view was excellent but would have preferred the other side at the front. The rooftop bar was very poorly furnished with uncomfortable seating and slow service. Where were the sink into sofas and squashy chairs? The bar outside the restaurant was never open. The restaurant itself didn’t open until 8.30pm. which could be a little late for some people.
Disliked: The toilet in the room was extremely smelly …. of drains. You would not expect this in a 5* hotel. There was no room service. There was no pool. Extra money for the spa.
