Perfect hotel at one word

Liked: The stuffs were so so friendly the hotel location was the best and so clean

Good Location and clean room

Liked: Heating is provided by air blowing. It is noisy and insufficient. I am not sure that it is sufficient in very cold weather in winter. I also think there is a tram sound coming from the back. The insulation of the windows and the heating system should be reviewed. Everything else was fine.

Liked: It was a splendid experience given the hotel's very comfy room, huge lobby area and rather good location.
Disliked: The check-in process took ages as the front office was visibly understaffed.
