it was okay.

Liked: I liked breakfast, they had gluten free options so very happy with that, as usual, no many option, even though I warned them in advance. the room was okay, nothing bad with it but nothing special either.
Disliked: Really slow front desk, there was not even a lot of people there, but it took forever to be served. not super bad, but another staff member would help move things along faster.

Found mold in room, reaction...

Liked: The bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect for a conference at the nearby conference center. The breakfast had a nice selection, although if you're not trying to eat huge amounts of oil and sugar the options were limited.
Disliked: There was mold in the hotel room, which we unfortunately found too late. The hotel was certainly aware of the problem, but first tried to ignore us, then offered to pay us back 20% of the room price. I don't think it is acceptable for a hotel of this category to ignore a severe problem like mold, and expect customers to pay for a room that is not fit for habitation. I would be careful about booking here.
