Great clean, modern hotel right...

Liked: The location of the hotel is fabulous, right in the town centre, close to shops and restaurants. The parking, as others have described, is difficult to find but worth noting is that you must tell the hotel staff your registration plate or you will be fined as you will be driving in a restricted area. The room was clean and modern.
Disliked: The size of the room was very tight. Small rooms but otherwise comfy. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast, the scrambled eggs were super dry and like cardboard, the buffet was just a small selection which would have been ok if it was replenished regularly and of good quality. I went to get a banana but the last one was taken just before I got there, the pastries were not replaced either so it was slim pickings - the 40 minutes we were there these were not replaced. I rarely complain about anything but I did cancel my breakfast for the following morning as it was not worth it. Save the money and walk 2 minutes to get a lovely breakfast from any number of nearby cafes.

Great stay in Granada

Liked: Great location for sightseeing, shopping and eating out. Nice room with very comfortable bed. Staff was lovely and helpful.

Liked: Very nice location to experience Grenada. The staff is a plus of this hotel !
Disliked: The family room was pretty small and the roof top terrace was closed.

An amazing stay

Liked: The location of the hotel was perfect, we only used the car to go to Alhambra, we walked everywhere else. The staff was very helpful, they answered all our questions with great dedication. The rooms were very spacious and clean, we were very satisfied during our stay. If I would come to Granada again, I would definitely choose the same hotel.
Disliked: The frosted glass bathroom door is both visually and audibly disturbing.
