Liked: Location and rooms were superb.On arrival at the hotel I realized I had dropped my passport in the taxi. The girls on reception Alicia and Cecilia could not have been more helpful!They contacted the taxi company and rang me immediately when it was returned.Thank you both!

Liked: Everything was very clean and new. It's a very nice hotel!
Disliked: It was really hard to be able to get to the hotel by car, because of traffic restrictions the city of Granada has.

Lovely January break in Granada

Liked: The staff at reception were welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious and immaculately clean. Large beds and kettle, tea, coffee etc. Location was fantastic for getting to everything easily. Breakfast was decent. Checked in two hours earlier and parking under hotel.
Disliked: Slightly overheated even though we didn't use the air con to generate any heat. Opening the terrace door meant lots of traffic noise. Although the shower cubicle was large and water pressure great, temperature wasn't consistent and had to be careful not to burn yourself! The underground parking is only suitable for smaller cars....anyone with a larger family or suv would struggle.
