Liked: It was really exceptional experience. Location is perfect and very well connected with other part of the city (metro station is 30-50 m far from hotel), accommodation, room and breakfast were great and staff is very kind as well as professional. No any objections for our stay in this hotel . . .
Disliked: No any objections. I don't see anything what they should improve or make better. In my view everything was great. We are very satisfied with our stay in this hotel.

Liked: The room was great and the breakfast was good also. The location of the hotel is very good and the metro station "Monumental" is just outside of it.

Liked: The hotel is a few minutes walk from Sagrada Familia which is very nice, and feel safe, and a bit walk from the main shopping area. The room size is good, fit for two luggage.
Disliked: There are some noise from outside, next room and corridor at night.

Disliked: No refill of the beverage in the room refrigerator.Room Service is from outside the hotel, and take 1,30 hrs to deliver two sandwiches.
