Liked: I absolutely loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the property! The staff, led by Pablo and Christian, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. The hotel's elegant decor and spacious rooms were also a big plus. But what really stood out was the team's exceptional service and attention to detail – it truly made my stay MAGNIFICENT !I was also impressed by the prompt return of my deposit - receiving it back within a day was a lovely surprise and showed their attention to detail extends beyond the stay itself!
Disliked: Honestly, I couldn't find anything significant to complain about! My stay was truly enjoyable, and the team's exceptional service made up for any minor issues. One minor challenge I did face was ordering room service, as the website seemed to be experiencing some issues. However, I easily worked around it by using Uber Eats instead. Not a big deal, and it didn't detract from my overall wonderful stay!
