Lovely, comfortable and clean rooms...

Liked: I like the size of the room, bed and living space.
Disliked: The breakfast did not cater to vegetarians at all. First day we had no hot veg options as everything was mixed or served with meat. After speaking to reception they offered us spa access as compensation. We spoke to the hotel manager who asked the head of breakfast service to make us veg options of our choice. One thing that we were taken back by was that we wanted some ice for our room to have with our soft drinks and they said it would be a €6 charge for ice. We’ve never been charged for ice.Also if guests want to use the thermal pool, sauna or steam room then it’s a €30 charge per person for 45min use, the only part of the hotel that you can use for free as part of your stay is the gym. They should state this on bookings.com I’m sure people would reconsider.

It a good location to...

Liked: The room & bed is clean. The breakfast & food is good. The location is accessible to bus & train.
Disliked: The receptionist when we check in is not aproachable.
