Liked: The cleaning of the room was perfect, the location was amazing close to GranVia and Madrid Palace... Special thank to the reception Gentelman "Daniel" If I think to come back I will come for his treatment of Guest what a wonderful person with full of respect and flexibility, he help me too much.
Disliked: Everything was perfect for me.

Excellent hotel that needs som...

Liked: Excellent location, close to one of the busiest and most beautiful streets in Madrid. A lot of small restaurants around - Spanish, Asian, Italian. Close also to the Royal Palace (less than 10 minutes walk) and to a magnificent park with great views.Spacious and clean room, with large and comfortable beds, kettle and water, coffee and tea provided, Bathroom with all necessary things - toothbrushes and tooth paste, hair combs, make-up pads, shampoo, conditioner and body cream, hairdrier, etc.
Disliked: However, the bathroom definitely needed renovation - unstable hangers for the towels and for the hair dryer, water leaking from the shower onto the bathroom floor and as a consequence the floor towel always wet.

Liked: The location was perfect. Very close to the center. Breakfast was really good with a big variety.Polite and helpful staff.

Liked: The staff was great. I had a small problem with the sink water not going down. Told them I was going to lunch and when I came back it was fixed. Location is great. Right behind Gran Via and a 4-minute walk to Plaza Espana metro.
